We have had some reports of members not being able to sign into their account after purchasing a membership.
The number one reason why this might be happening is because you are using the sign up screen to log in (see pictures below)
Make sure you click the Log In button before entering your email and password (after signing up/paying for membership).
If you received your membership from an approved dealership, then your account would have been set up by our admin team using the email and mobile number on your contract (you can change this by clicking the Forgot password? button on the Log In screen)
