A few years ago, when we built our first van and later a pickup, we made pretty much every expensive mistake you can think of. 😄 You know the saying — measure twice, cut once… and somehow it still doesn’t always work out.

Over time, more and more people started reaching out to us because they wanted to build their own DIY vans and needed some advice. So we started drawing and planning their layouts for them, helping them avoid making the same mistakes we did.

We enjoyed it so much that it eventually turned into CamperLayout. We’ve now worked on a number of different projects, helping people create complete, custom designs for their van conversions — mainly to save them time, money, and unnecessary rework.

Hi everyone, I’m Luke 👋

I’ve just joined the group and wanted to say hello.

I’m one of the people behind a new app called EveryVoyage. It’s very early, but the idea is simple: help people record their trips, save routes, photos, stopovers and little memories in one place, a bit like Strava for travel.

My friend Pete and I are based in the UK/Europe, but we’d really love to understand how people travel in Australia and what would make the app more useful for Australian road trips, caravanning and camping.

We built it because we love road trips and always felt the full journey can be hard to look back on properly a

fterwards.
