I have about 50 metres of hose coming from my sons house......along the fence and plugged in to my van. Not sure if I need this, as pressure isn't that great this far from the house, but will discuss this with my son and see what he reckons. Cheers for that. Also, may I pick your brain again?....I have been made aware only this morning about the anode side of things. I went and had a look at mine and the plug is so rusted I dont think the previous owners ever changed it. I have ordered an anode to install in the next couple of days. I am still learning all about the van I've only had for about 10 weeks. Anyhoot, whilst I was checking out where the anode is, I came to realise there is a pilot light for gas after all....I was wondering why I didn't have the option. My question is, if I switch over to gas and during a shower the hot water runs out (as did when on power) will the gas ignite and keep heating the water as it runs through?....if so...I am so changing over to gas as a 7 minute shower just doesn't cut it with me.....lol 😃
