It has come to our attention that the root cause of this inconvenience is related to the manner in which we initially established your accounts.

Upon your enrolment, particularly if you made your purchase through an authorized dealer, we utilized your designated email address and the mobile number stipulated in your contractual agreement to initiate your membership. It has come to light that during this process, the entry of your details led to the insertion of your mobile number and password in the following format: 04## ### ### (inclusive of spaces).

While we earnestly advise all users to promptly update their passwords, it is noteworthy that for those who opt to employ their mobile number as their password, the inclusion of spaces is imperative for the intended functionality.
