Hi Bob I had a caravan and was in a secured caravan park at Dubbo We were robbed during the night whilst my wife and I were asleep CIL denied the claim ($3000) because the door was not locked I complained to the Ombudsman but to no avail. As Admin said read the fine print Good Luck Jack
